Terex Cranes Recognizes Scott-Macon Equipment for Service and Sales

Scott-Macon Equipment receives two awards from Terex Cranes for “Outstanding Service by a North American Terex Crane Distributor” and “Outstanding Sales of Rough Terrain Cranes by a North American Terex Crane Distributor”.

Terex recognized Scott-Macon Equipment with two awards at the Annual Terex Crane Distributors Meeting held in March in Houston, Texas.

The first award given by Terex, “Outstanding Service by a North American Terex Distributor”, recognizes outstanding service and support given to customers of Terex Cranes. Scott-Macon was recognized as a leader in providing service support to its Terex Crane customers out of all distributors in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Scott-Macon Equipment has a long history of being recognized by Terex for Service Excellence, as it has been the recipient of the Award the majority of the times since its inception. The second award given by Terex, “Outstanding Sales of Rough Terrain Cranes by a North America Terex Distributor”, recognizes the distributor with the highest sales of Terex rough terrain cranes in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

“These awards reflect the outstanding service and sales support that Scott-Macon Equipment works to deliver to its customers each day,” noted Robert Dimmitt, Senior Managing Director of Scott-Macon.

Allan Woodruff, Executive Vice President of Scott-Macon, credited employees as a contributing factor for such recognitions. “These awards could not have been accomplished without strong teamwork from all of our employees, a factor that consistently distinguishes Scott-Macon Equipment within the industry,” he commented.
