Scott-Macon Services

Scott-Macon maintains service and parts centers in all of its locations in Houston, Texas; Houma, Louisiana; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Corpus Christi, Texas; and Dallas, Texas. In addition, the Houston Service Center has extensive parts operations as well as additional service capabilities to handle more complex, less frequent types of repairs.

Field service operations are conducted from all locations and feature fully-equipped trucks and experienced field service personnel who are on call around the clock to support equipment, from our rental fleet, equipment under warranty, or customer owned equipment under one of our maintenance plans.

Scott-Macon is proud of the experienced staff of trained technicians who are the backbone of our service efforts. Collectively, on average, they have over 5 years of service with Scott-Macon, as well as additional industry experience prior to joining Scott-Macon. Many of our technicians have been at Scott-Macon for over 15 years. This stability, combined with 100% commitment to continual employee training (factory and on-site) to ensure a thorough understanding of our equipment and systems, offers Scott-Macon customers a service organization which we feel is second to none.

Maintenance programs are available to Scott-Macon Customers for compete service (oil and filter changes) on 250, 500, and 1,000 hours service. In addition, through our Greer dealership, tranined technicians are available with the experience to diagnose and repair LMI or anti-two block system.
