Rental Coordinator (Houston, TX)

Job Description

Scott-Macon Equipment, an Equal Opportunity Employer with branches in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, is seeking a full-time Rental Coordinator for our Houston, TX branch.



Duties for the crane Rental Coordinator will include but are not limited to:

  • Completing equipment rental quotes and equipment rentals
  • Maintain all rental files, customer insurance and rental agreements
  • Handle logistics for all equipment
  • Compile reports for idle equipment, new rentals and off rents
  • Complete all shipping and receiving of equipment
  • Communication with sales team and management on all equipment needs
  • Learn Extend software system


  • Equipment experience preferred
  • Previous administrative experience required: 1-3 years
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced working environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must be able to create and edit PDF documents
