Coming in the Fall of 2024, Scott-Macon Equipment will receive a new Tadano AC 8.500-1 all terrain crane. This compact and powerful crane has a 600 ton capacity with a 183.7’ boom and 295.3’ boom extension. The Sideways Superlift (SSL) allows for larger lifting capacities, while the star-type outrigger design provides added stability. It also offers the IC-1 Plus control system that increases flexibility, enabling it to perform more jobs.
