The Tadano 160 ton rough terrain crane offers HELLO-NET, which is Tadano’s telematics system. This advanced system helps support crane management by proving details on key aspects of daily operation like operating status, machine position data, maintenance and more. Another capability that comes with the GR-1600XL is the fuel consumption monitor. Intended to reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, Tadano introduced its two technologies: the Eco Mode system and the Positive Control system. The fuel consumption monitor system constantly monitors and display its findings on the AML-C screen so that way the operator can be more mindful of the machine’s acceleration.

Boom and Jib
The GR-1600XL has a six-section, single cylinder telescoping boom with a maximum length of 200.1′. Its bi-fold lattice jib has a maximum length of 59.1′.
