Terex displayed its Simulift operator training system at Bauma. A virtual reality system for training crane operators and signalmen, the system was designed by Terex in partnership with ORYX Simulations. Bauma visitors had the opportunity to try their hand at jumping in the “cab” and operating a Demag AC-250 in a pick and placement utilizing four screen displays that simulated the windows of the crane cab. The state-of-the-art Simulift operator training system reflects the continuous commitment by Terex to their customers.

Terex’s Jurgen Christmann demonstrates the system to Scott-Macon Equipment’s Alex Scott at the Terex Booth.
