Terex Showcases New RT 90 at Bauma 2016
Terex is showcasing many new products at Bauma 2016, including the latest in its line of rough terrain cranes. Scott-Macon Equipment representatives were on hand to see the new 80-tonne capacity Terex RT 90 rough terrain crane at the world’s largest trade fair in the construction equipment industry.
The RT 90 features an enhanced IC-1 control system with integrated diagnostics, a redesigned cab with an 18-degree tilt, and an easy access flat deck for improved visibility. The RT 90’s five section, full hydraulic boom stretches 47 m for long reach applications. It allows for versatility with three boom options and 2-part folding job. The unit’s multi-stage outriggers are designed for a variety of outrigger positions. In addition, the RT 90’s narrow width of 3 m and central lubrication system allows for reduced transporting and operating costs.
As a leading distributor of Terex cranes, Scott-Macon Equipment offers all models of Terex Rough Terrain Cranes for sale, new or used and for bare rental.
